What I read

More blogs than I can name but primarily in the food/lifestyle/craft realm, anything and everything I find on social media, every food magazine I can get my hands on, and almost exclusively fiction books.

Side projects

Teaching cooking classes, operating a small catering company specializing in comfort food for expats living in Japan, hosting meals for Tokyoites curious about how foreigners live, & throwing lavish dinner parties out of a minscule kitchen in Tokyo.

Ideal team

I am very flexible and easygoing, and I love collaborative environments where people are treated equally and all ideas are taken seriously.
