Digital Marketer (Full Time)
As LexBlog transitioned from an agency to a SaaS, I was brought in to rewrite and revamp the company's website. With no existing resources, I wrote original copy on product technical features, company background and customer personas to drive conversion.
Marketing and Events Coordinator
I managed operations and marketing for over 50 events. In under a year, I increased attendance for a stagnating concert series by 400%. I also started D.C.'s first regular in-museum yoga program, which was covered by the Washington Post.
Marketing and Communications Specialist (Full Time)
I crafted content in many forms (web, blog, email, ads, instructional manuals) to engage and inform the association's 40,000 members. Additionally managed the monthly email newsletter and regularly made web updates.
Web and Social Media Intern
Wrote social media copy for the museum's Facebook, Twitter, blog and emails, and initiated their presence on Instagram. Additionally designed customer-facing scavenger hunts used by over 600 visitors.

As LexBlog transitioned from an agency to a SaaS, I was brought in to write new copy for their site. Without no existing resources, I wrote and laid out over 80% of their site's copy, including Features pages, "Why LexBlog" pages, "About Us" pages, plus various blog posts and press releases.

Luce Unplugged Page (Smithsonian American Art Museum)

Created a webpage for Luce Unplugged, a concert series I managed at the Smithsonian. I wrote copy, determined structure, built page and optimized based on Google Analytics insights. The page is currently the number one result for the targeted search term "Luce Unplugged."
