I started as a professional musician (singing, audio engineering, and stage management). Then got into petroleum and clean fuels distribution (1st startup went public). In 2009, I started helping coaches create community and sell products online.

Work history

Chris Guillebeau
Austin, Texas events
I've done all of Chris Guillebeau's Austin events for the past 4 or 5 years. We also discuss his book tour event planning.
Jenny Blake, Live After College and Josh Kaufman of Personal MBA
Book Launch Event at SXSW
I threw a really fun Sunday Brunch SXSW event when their books first released. We had bottomless mimosas, breakfast tacos, a chocolatier, cupcakes, and a hangover station. Both authors signed books, mingled with attendees, and had a blast connecting.
Erika Lyremark of
Helped Erika Lyremark launch her first online group program & community
Together, we built her first online group coaching program, The Morning Whip, launched it, and built a community upon which to launch future programs and books.
The Sacred 8
I helped spiritual entrepreneurs create and sell products and programs online.
Spiritual entrepreneurs and coaches such as intuitives, light workers, and other metaphysically influenced professionals tend to be great at their work but struggle with business online. I taught them how to create communities & products to sale online.
Verde BioFuels, Inc.
Ran the operations of this biodiesel startup.
Ran 100% of the operations for the first 2 years while also managing a multi-million dollar oil distributorship. Developed systems so we could focus on growth.
Fred Wood Oil Company
Managed a multi-million dollar petroleum company
My 1st job out of college. Started as a book keeper & worked my way up. Taught myself accounting at night. Learned to develop and design systems out of necessity. This is where I learned how to run a brick and mortar business.
SXSW Stage Manager
Managed shows & events for SXSW for a decade
Worked with artists such as LMFAO, Perry Farrell of Jane's Addiciton, The Flaming Lips, and hundreds more. Also organized events for bloggers, authors, and startups.

Events Food Health & Wellness Photography Professional Services

What I read

I used to read endless piles of business books. Now I read endless piles of Integrative Nutrition & Functional Medicine books. Food is Medicine and I love learning about that.

Side projects

I've dabbled in a lot of things over the years. I'm an artist and love creating and building things, from refinishing furniture to creating chandeliers. Right now, I'm learning to cook and do interesting food photography.

Ideal team

I prefer to work directly with the founders to create interesting ways to bond with community. I also love coming up with creative event and marketing themes. I love collaborating with creatives then working to make sure things get implemented.
