Hired through Harvard University as the project coordinator to help plan and run a co-sponsored two-week summer pilot cooking, science and fitness program “ChopChop Kids Science and Cooking at Harvard.”

Currently creating curriculum for the United States Department of Agriculture: 5 unique after school cooking lessons with supplemental videos. Curriculum will be promoted by USDA and used nationwide in after school programs.
