For the past 7 years I've been working as a full-time community manager mostly in the gaming and eCommerce industries, and as a social media consultant in various industries, including digital advertising, mobile apps, nonprofits, and consumer products.
Heidi had a good voice and the ability to jump into chaotic projects fast and effectively. She was welcoming of feedback and good at altering posts if necessary. Overall, I'm happy with how our relationship with Heidi transpired.
Freelancer didn't deliver work but still sent an invoice. Cloudpeeps is investigating the issue. Overall unhappy with inability to adhere to deadlines & poor communication skills.
Heidi is a great creative mind that brings really unique energy to a project. I've worked with her for a few months now, and even made a trip out to Portland to share pie slices with her, and she's been quite supportive as the scope of our work has changed over time. I'd definitely recommend giving her company Cipher Collective a shot if you're on the fence about whether or not to work with her / them. Let her work speak for itself! :)

What I read

Turning my consulting business into more of a collective of experts in different areas like social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, graphic design, project mgt. We're called Cipher Collective and the site is here: www.ciphercollective.com
I prefer an environment of creative collaboration, working with a team of people who are all experts in their specific fields (ex: SEO, paid advertising, graphic design, email marketing) and have ownership over these areas.
