Do you love words and building up PR relationships? Do you love CONSUMER TECH products and get just as excited about use cases as you do about technical nitty gritty? Are you known for crafting succinct yet personable messages that get replies? If so, I'd love to talk to you! I'm looking for a rockstar PR / communications specialist to launch an innovative WiFi product to the market on Kickstarter. Media samples will be available beforehand.

She/he will ...

+ manage day to day outreach with media, influencers, and bloggers globally
+ maintain press kit and sample outreach status
+ be super organized and gets excited over things like tracking open rates and reply rates to test the effectiveness of pitches
+ creative in thinking of how to position the same product in different ways depending on the audience
+ have a super positive attitude and knows that great marketing/communications is a marathon, not a sprint

Bonus points for ...

+ previous experience with Kickstarter/Indiegogo/crowdfunding projects (please provide links)
+ existing relationships with the media/influencer (nice to have but not a must)

Expected ~30-35 hours a week depending on campaign phase. Opportunity for growth with other products and ongoing work for the right candidate.
