We're looking for someone who loves building and nurturing social communities. Our ideal candidate loves analyzing their performance, strategy, and messaging to effectively engage the audience. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment as well as on their own.
You should be able to easily put yourself in other peoples' shoes. You want to make customers feel valued and empowered after interacting with our social media channels.
You love to write. Almost everything you will do is done via written communication (both on social media and between teammates).
The work you do at Koch will have a visible and transparent impact on the business. Social Media is a fluid and dynamic type of marketing. It's not the same thing over and over again, and it often involves full commitment past work hours: constant learning, researching, planning, content creation, or just answering questions in comments.
You should crave setting your own course. At Koch, things move quickly, meetings can occur randomly—weekly or monthly one-on-ones. You always have complete control of your day, but you need to make things happen without someone directing you.
