The main role of the position is to setup all features of the marketing and customer support framework on an existing web-based application using intercom.io. If you’re a self-starter and passionate about joining a small, hungry, high-performing team---this role could be for you.
Responsibilities: Job duties will include, but not necessarily be limited to, the following:
Implement and execute marketing and customer engagement rules and messages with the goal of ensuring that potential customers receive the appropriate messaging and that active users receive appropriate messages (both automated and custom) during their in-app experience.
Qualifications: Appropriate candidates should have the following:
Desire to help people through difficult life circumstances.
Knowledge of or passion for a wide range of customer engagement techniques, tools and concepts... with a particular emphasis on using the Intercom.io platform.
