We're looking for someone with strong experience in SEO to help us with keyword strategy, optimization on-page, link-building, content generation & overall SEO coaching. Our app, http://www.jumpstartapp.com is a platform for YouTubers to connect with each other, cross-promote, earn subscribers, find collabs & accelerate their channel growth. JumpStart is home to 50,000 YouTubers who do just under 1,000,000 sessions each month. All of our growth has been organic through app store discovery, as we hold the top 3 rank for high traffic keywords such as YouTuber, Subscribers, Subscriber & more in the app store.
As we look to build up additional user acquisition channels, web-based content marketing with a focus on SEO is a likely target. This said, since it is new for us, we are unclear on what it delivers. As such, we want to begin getting the fundamentals right, target the right words, optimize our website now, setup the correct tools & start to build the base. As we begin growing traffic, we will invest heavier.
We're in need of someone to help us set up this process. Someone who can "coach" us on the do's & don'ts while also getting their hands dirty, be a sparring partner on strategy & grow with us.
We do have team members in place to do the bulk of the heavy lifting (like writing content, link building, etc) but need someone who can guide us up front on the work to be done, and really lay the groundwork for our SEO.
Starting immediately, lasting around 3 months to start then evaluating the potential for ongoing work
