Description

We're a one-year old, funded marketplace startup in the marketing and community vertical. Our mission is to make it easier to help people discover work they love, get recognized for their talent and have the freedom to do it from anywhere.

We're looking for a new Peep to come on-board to grow our social media channels and help establish us as a leader in this space. This Peep will work directly with our marketing, happiness and content teams to execute our goals in social.

We're after a lover of remote work, community, productivity, growth hacking, travel and marketing trends to curate and share content to build our audiences.

We're looking to take our channels from hundreds of likes and thousands of followers to tens of thousands of engaged parties. We are open to paid spend to building our profiles – as long as it's done in an authentic and mindful manner.

Commitment

Immediate start date, around 8-10 hours per week.

Guidelines

The Peep should have a demonstrable background in growing social media channels. They should be reliable, communicative and responsive.

We'd love to see 2 sample tweets, 2 sample Instagram posts, a sample Facebook post and an overall approach that shows how you would build our channels.
