The KAP Group (KAP) is a strategic advisory firm that works with private equity managers seeking institutional capital. KAP collaborates with managers to help them achieve their fundraising goals by creating a thoughtful capital raising strategy, providing advisory and project management services, preparing institutional quality marketing materials, and offering guidance on investor relations and strategic planning.

Our plan is to become more active on social media immediately. Our audience is best reached on LinkedIn. All the initiatives are around the common goal of increasing our social media presence and building brand awareness.

What we are seeking:
1) Website assistance: We have a great website, and need help with general maintenance and posts to our blog via LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.

2) Traffic assistance: We would like assistance understanding both our website traffic and patterns. Are certain days/times more impactful than others?

3) Building our email list: We need to increase our email list. We would like assistance in figuring out the best way to do this. We want someone to proactively help us think through our social media strategy to have as broad a reach as possible through the private equity community.

Commitment
As soon as possible; likely 20 hours/month at the start of the engagement, scaling down to 10 hours a month ongoing.

What we are looking for in a Peep:
1) Skill set to tackle the above tasks (and more, if possible)
2) Previous experience with professional services firms and their websites
3) Previous experience with or exposure to the financial services community; private equity is a plus
4) Proactive approach to the work, suggesting ideas along the way
5) Very detailed oriented
6) Availability to work immediately; likely 20 hours (at least) prior to September 30
7) Ongoing availability for support as needed
