You will work the Wonderschool marketing operations team to complete marketing tasks for Wonderschool Directors, who are teachers that have signed up on the Wonderschool platform for guidance and support in setting up their schools which includes recruiting students and assistant teachers for their school. You will be expected to work with us to ensure their success with the Wonderschool platform. You will be incorporated in the team and play a role in decision making.
We are expecting 30 hours a week between the hours of for this role a very fast response times (within 3 minutes) for tasks. We expect you to be available during business hours. During this time you will collaborate with us to build a process based on learnings.
You are excited about the idea of supporting teachers in achieving their dreams of starting a preschool. You have a great mix of customer service, customer success, community management, community building, and marketing skills in your tool box. You are a problem solver that is results driven. You will take tasks and get them done quickly and if you think the task is a bad idea or if you have new ideas you will propose them and work with the Wonderschool team to test them.
Create brochures for Directors
Create business card for Directors
Deliver on the number of marketing requests for Directors
Research the best organic channels to work with Director's to promote their events
Promote events on Facebook and other channels to drive attendees to Preschool Open Houses.
Creating Facebook, Yelp, Eventbrite, and other accounts
Emailing updates to Wonderschool customers
Recruiting assistant teachers for Directors by posting on job boards
Promoting events at schools
Drafting and editing copy for social media posts about events
Experience with social media marketing
Highly motivated and excited about the role
Experience writing copy towards moms
