Description

Glowberry is looking for an Art Director to maintain and ensure an unvarying and consistent artistic style of the Brave Bunnies project: 2nd Season development and/or Digital Series.

Main duties:
- Develop props, character locations in a given style based on briefs from the Senior Art Director and Creative Producer.
- Supervise a team of illustrators, check their work and give the feedback.
- Guarantee the artistic and technical implementation of the Senior Art Director's ideas.
- Comment on the teamwork, effectively create and/or optimize interaction processes, distribute tasks
- Ensure the timely transfer of art materials to the partners / related departments and the technical accuracy of the provided materials
- Work within the framework of the given timing, monitor the implementation of the team's deadlines

Your team:
Direct subordination – Senior Art Director, daily interaction and updating the terms/scope of work - with the Head of Art Team. Subordinates are planned from 1 to 6 artists.

Requirements (all points are of great importance)
- High level of proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
- Strong portfolio, be sure to learn Brave Bunnies style on the first test tasks.
- Artistic taste and ability to draw
- Experience in animation for more than 3 years
- Minimum 5 years of experience in visual arts
- English language proficiency not lower than B2 (preferably a native speaker)
- Ability to inspire and motivate employees
- Excellent communication skills, the ability to work in a team remotely, the ability to resolve conflict situations
- Ability to work with briefs and comments

Will be an advantage
- Experience in international projects
- Understanding of the basic workflows of Toon Boom
