- Description
π Hey Peeps!
We're a new size-inclusive brand launching early 2019. We're designing beautiful, functional, effortlessly chic garments in sizes 10-32, and our mission is to change plus-size shopping by helping women of all body sizes find the perfect fit.
We're designing an initial collection with an Anthropologie / Madewell vibe -- cute, contemporary pieces -- with a focus on all.day.long wearability.
We're involving our customer in our apparel development process as much as possible. Early on, we launched a 22-question survey soliciting feedback from this size range, and we received an overwhelming number of responses -- about 3,000 in a few days. Our audience is so excited about this brand and this product / aesthetic.
We're hell-bent on keeping this line of communication with our customer directly tied into product development as we grow. To that end, we're launching a new Facebook group where we'd like to post polls, opinions, get product feedback, style inspiration, etc. -- basically build a body pos, plus community and involve them holistically in building our product and brand.
We'd love to find a peep who can build this Facebook group for us thoughtfully, tactfully, empathetically, and with a bit of wit ... we're open to flexibility in scope, but it would entail:
+ Launching the group / building up the community (we have an email list we'll invite to join to get things rolling)
+ Monitoring / responding to all comments on behalf of the brand, keeping conversations with customers going
+ Summarizing learnings and feedback from the group on a weekly basis.
+ Pitching weekly group content ideas -- questions, conversation starters, etc. -- and moving forward with approved content (ideally, sooner rather than later -- no approval, just trust and autonomy!)
+ We'll also be sending over apparel development / feedback questions as we go / other pieces of specific content to post.
We're looking to find an amazing long-term partner!

- Guidelines
+ Are you interested in the body pos / size inclusive community? Why?
+ What kind of community management experience do you have? Specific to FB groups?
+ Do you have any ideas or visions for this group right off the bat? (Totally optional -- just curious as to how you think!)
+ Do you have any examples of previous community management projects you can reference / show us?
+ Thank you!! We're excited to hear from you :)
