Work history

Senior Director of Community Management
In this role, I support a team of 8 community managers and strategists in launching, developing and growing private online communities owned by Socious clients. I provide direct strategy support and guidance to fit the custom needs of my customers.
Community Strategist (Contractor)
I spearheaded the migration of three former user communities into one new platform, developed relaunch strategies, roadmaps and analytics. I oversee a team of 4 contractors that continue to manage the growth of this community.
