What do we do?
Cloud Peeps Inc. (“CloudPeeps”) is a talent marketplace platform and portfolio site designed to search, find, and pay for freelancers and functions associated therewith. CloudPeeps makes no representations or endorsements of independent freelancers registered with the system, nor does CloudPeeps interfere, direct, or otherwise supervise the interaction between its clients and freelancers. Freelancers do not pay or share any fees to use CloudPeeps.
What information do we collect?
We collect information from you when you place an order, subscribe to our newsletter or fill out a form.
When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, email address or credit card information. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.
What do we use your information for?
Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:
- To personalize the experience (your information helps us to better respond to you and your company’s needs).
- To improve our website (we continually strive to improve our website based on the information and feedback we receive from you).

After a transaction, your company’s information (credit cards, social media accounts, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties, your company’s information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. CloudPeeps Inc. cooperates with government and law enforcement officials or private parties to enforce and comply with the law. We may disclose any information about you to government or law enforcement officials or private parties as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate to respond to claims, legal process (including subpoenas), to protect the property and rights of CloudPeeps or a third party, the safety of the public or any person, to prevent or stop any illegal, unethical, or legally actionable activity, or to comply with the law.
CloudPeeps is very concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your personally identifiable information. We employ administrative, physical and electronic measures designed to protect your information from unauthorized access. We will make any legally-required disclosures of any breach of the security, confidentiality, or integrity of your unencrypted electronically stored personal data to you via email or conspicuous posting on this Site in the most expedient time possible and without unreasonable delay, consistent with (i) the legitimate needs of law enforcement or (ii) any measures necessary to determine the scope of the breach and restore the reasonable integrity of the data system.
