Consultant - Air Service Development
As a consultant for Crested Butte Mountain Resort I helped acquire new airline service and market this service to both visitors and locals. I often helped promote the value of different air ticket products to help increase passenger flight usage.
Executive Director of Airline Service Development
I was the head of a 501c6 non-profit that was formed to develop new community airline service and better promote air service offerings to visitors and locals. I often distinguished flight value offerings to help maximize air ticket sales.
Reservations/Airport Management
At American Airlines I worked in Domestic and International Reservations, Vacation Reservations, Customer Service Aadvantage Frequent Flyer reservations, management development program, manager international reservations and Chicago Ticket Counter Manger.
Reno Airlines
Station Manager - Detroit Airport
As Station Manager Detroit Airport....I managed a staff of 12 in processing both scheduled and charter flights on Reno Airlines.

Case Study: Telluride Montrose Regional Air Organization

Scott Stewart served as Executive Director for the Telluride Montrose Regional Air Organization (TMRAO) from 2005 until 2013. TMRAO is responsible for air service at the Montrose, CO (MTJ) and Telluride, CO (TEX) airports. During his first winter Scott increased load factor by seven percentage point

Case Study: Crested Butte Mountain Resort

Crested Butte Mountain Resort (CBMR) retained Community Flights in 2013. The primary purpose was to reverse a trend where the Gunnison Airport experienced a multi-year air service decline. The reduction in winter air service persisted for five years....
