I read feverbee.com and managingcommunities.com regularly as well as individual articles from other sites as I discover them through my networks. Mastery, Delivering Happiness and Laws of Lifetime Growth are a few of my favorite books.
In 2014 I traveled to three new countries and summitted my first alpine mountains. I managed community for international eCommerce conferences and spoke on communities in eCommerce. Currently I'm planning our 2015 Community Manager Appreciation Day.
