Melbourne Central Shopping Centre
This was my first ever social and content client! (i.e. the first client I talked into doing it) Their purpose was to really make the shopping centre "Live Melbourne" - so that is what we did with the strategy - years ahead of our time they are still running the same strategy now.
Samsung Australia in 24 Hours
Using participants from all over Australia, we documented one day in Australia and shared it live with the nation via Facebook, demonstrating the unique capabilities of Samsung’s Smart Camera.
Bundaberg Rum Road to Recovery
This was a crisis management job, that turned into an award winning piece of work that aided a natural disaster struck town ecomnomically. Bundaberg, a town in Queensland Australia that is also home to an Aussie national treasure - Bundaberg Rum. All inspired by offers of help on the facebook wall.
Bulleit Whiskey Instagram
When Bulleit Whiskey launched in Australia, we knew it needed a different kind of approach, one that would not feel like advertising, but instead edgy, cool content from a brand the audience would want to follow and associate themselves with. We chose Instagram as our launch platform to do this
Smirnoff Double Black launch
Smirnoff were launching a new bold premium vodka to the Australian market. My role was to develop the overall positioning strategy as well as work out the full digital and content strategy, which included luanching instagram alongside the Australian festival season.
SOCiETY
SOCiETY were a brand new social media agency launched in 2014. I was brought on board as MD by Mediabrands to create the biggest and most talented social media agency in Australia. We grew to 3o people, picked up 5 awards and became facebook's biggest spender within our first 18 months.

I read a lot, both books, blogs, tweets and I listen to a lot of podcasts, across Seth Godin, Brene Brown, Elizabeth Gilbert, Mark Manson, Chris Brogan, Faris Yakob, Dave Trott, ABC Radio National, On Being, Adam Ferrier and anything to do with yoga.
Side projects
I have run a community of social media professionals since 2010 called the League of Community Managers, active daily - we now have close to 700 members. I provided the social media to TEDxSydney and I'm an active member of Florence Guild & the Entourage
Ideal team
I like teams who respect each other's craft, inspire each other and support each other to make amazing things happen. I prefer an empowered style of management, where I can be left with a broad task and to figure out my own way and managing my own people
