What I read
There is always a huge stack of magazines on my coffee table- Food & Wine, Bon Appetit, AFAR, Lucky Peach, Garden & Gun. The books on my list are also usually food based- Ruth Reichl, Alice Waters, Gabrielle Hamilton... It's "work" but it's also pleasure!
This spring, I became a regional editor for Zagat. I create and edit website content and manage all social media for Zagat Austin. I recently finished my first book, all about fish sauce, which will be published this fall by Andrews McMeel Publishing.
